We Only accept Replace in case the product was damaged (which the customer has to show the proof that he/she received the product damaged) otherwise we do not accept Replace. Please note that we cannot accept Replaces that have not been requested in advance. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items: We strongly encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept Replaces for items purchased on sale or gift cards. These purchases are final and non-refundable/exchangeable Additional Information: Areej offers a 14-day Replacement policy specifically for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within Pakistan. However, to be eligible for a Replacement, The dress must remain in the same condition as when it was sent and should not be damaged by the customer. We recommend making a video while opening the package as a reference in case the product is damaged. If the Order is Incorrect the Exchange is free, but if there is a size issue or customer wants to exchange product then a replacement fee of AED 15 is applicable.
