If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 14-Day Replacement Policy: We offer a 14-day Replace policy, starting from the day you receive your item. If you wish to Replace a product, please ensure that it meets the following conditions: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase. We Only accept Replace in case the product was damaged (which the customer has to show the proof that he/she received the product damaged) otherwise we do not accept Replace. (You can read below the exchange/replacement policy) To initiate a Replace, please contact us at +923066000096. We will provide you with further instructions and the Replace shipping address. Please note that we cannot accept Replaces that have not been requested in advance. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items: We strongly encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept Replaces for items purchased on sale or gift cards. These purchases are final and non-refundable/exchangeable Additional Information: Areej offers a 14-day Replacement policy specifically for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within Pakistan. However, to be eligible for a Replacement, The dress must remain in the same condition as when it was sent and should not be damaged by the customer. We recommend making a video while opening the package as a reference in case the product is damaged. If the Order is Incorrect the Exchange is free, but if there is a size issue or customer wants to exchange product then a replacement fee of AED 15 is applicable. For Orders (replacement/Exchange) the customer needs to send the product to our facility where the product will be checked and after approval the new product/replacement/exchange will be shipped.
